We will collect your personal data to ensure scanning results are accurate and to advise and inform on lifestyle discussions. Data collected will be: name, date of birth, sex or gender, address, appointments, height, weight, discussions from appointments such as medication and medical history.

What we want to do with your personal data

We'd like to keep you informed about our products, services and special offers — including followup scans and de- liver-ance. As you've booked a service with us today, we'll send you updates by email and SMS unless you opt out.
